Terms and Conditions – Twyne House Apartments, Twyne House, 80 Back Church Lane, London, E1 1LX
1. Check-Ins: Check-in time – 3:00pm, Check-out time – 10:00am and any early check-in or late check-out may be available on request – Need to inform well in advance.
2. Booking Deposits: £250 will be charged as Booking Deposit from your card to guarantee your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill on arrival.
3. Payments: We require unpaid payment on arrival. A full payment is required on arrival except for stays longer than 6 weeks
4. Security deposit – On arrival £500 in cash will be taken as damage deposit, this amount is fully refundable if the property is not damaged and house rules are followed.
5. Cancellation policy – If booking is cancelled before 7 days of arrival then there is a 30% charge and within 7 days from arrival is 100% charge.
6. All bookings are non- transferable.
7. Identification: Need to provide a copy of valid identification on your booking for each guests. eg: copy of Passport.
8. Card Payment: All card payments are charged by London Short Letting Apartments. Com Ltd.
9. Please leave the keys on the table in the apartment, unless instructed otherwise during check in.
